Fees & Billing

  • Session Fees
    Individual Mental Health, or Paediatric Occupational Therapy session/ Parent sessions (50mins) $230.00
  • National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
    NDIS Individual Mental Health Occupational Therapy session (50mins- direct service, 10mins of indirect service= 60mins) Invoices must be paid on the day of service. Diversum Health Group are not registered providers of services under the NDIS. The client/family are responsible for uploading their invoices to their NDIS portal if they have access to an NDIS plan. Diversum does NOT invoice PLAN MANAGERS. NDIS Price for Occupational Therapy services $193.99, NDIS gap fee (out-of-pocket expense to the client) $16.01= $210.00
  • Medicare Rebates for Endorsed Mental Health Occupational Therapy sessions (MHTP) & Team Care Arrangements (TCA)
    Please visit your G.P so that you can be assessed and advised on their professional opinion regarding your eligibility for a Team Care Arrangement (TCA) or a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) in support of certain psychological mental health occupational therapy support. If you are eligible, you will need to send through the paperwork received from your GP. You are required to pay the full amount on the day of your therapy session. A claim will be lodged through Medicare, and if accepted, you will receive a rebate (part of the total cost of the session) into your savings or cheque account. You are not able to claim for both Medicare and Private Health.
  • Private Health Insurance
    Please consult with your Private Health Care Insurance Company whether you are covered for occupational therapy services, and confirm with them the amount they will cover. You will be required to pay the full amount on the day of your therapy session. Diversum does not process HiCaps, therefore it is your responsibility to process your invoice with your Private Health Insurance Company.
  • Cancellations
    At Diversum Health Group we know that regular therapy requires a high level of commitment from all parties involved. We understand family life can be busy, and at times sessions may need to be cancelled. LATE NOTICE POLICY- APPLIES TO TELEHEALTH AND FACE-TO-FACE APPOINTMENTS Diversum Health Group's late policy applies to any changes or cancellations made to appointments and is as follows: Changes made to appointments with more than 48 hours’ notice do not incur a fee. Changes made to appointments with more than 24 hours, but less than 48 hours’ notice incur 50% of the full session. Changes made to appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice incur the full session fee. You will receive an email appointment reminder two days before your therapy session. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. All cancellations must be made via email. If a client does not arrive for a session and provides no notice at all, a full session fee will apply. Sessions will not re-commence until after the cancellation invoice has been paid. Sessions will not be extended due to late arrivals (unless discussed and provider is able). Full fees apply in circumstances of late arrival.
